About Baan Jochim

I'm an American expat who has lived on Phuket island in southern Thailand since April 2006. I currently teach English at a large bilingual private school in Tambon Vichit to third-graders. In addition to teaching English Grammar, Phonics, Language Activities, and Spelling to my homeroom, I also teach Reading to the entire P3 level and have a special ESL class for select fourth graders.

In my spare time (limited these days because of school), I enjoy traveling around Phuket taking photographs particularly of the temples. It is my goal to visit each of the 30+ Thai wats on Phuket as well as the numerous Chinese and Muslim temples and shrines.
